The library functions as an information service centre for INTEC Education College. The library was established in 1985 to assist students and staff in their studies and researches by providing information and library materials, services, and facilities that support their academic needs.
Presently, the library has a collection of about 78,935 volumes which consist of books, conference papers, thesis, and other print materials. Approximately 205 serial titles are on subscription in hard copy and a total of 3415 titles of journals in full text are subscribed from various online databases.
The discipline coverage of the library resources is wide. The collection coverage includes Engineering, Technology, Business, Economics, Chemistry, Biology, Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Social Science, Architecture, Language, Arts, Psychology, Education, Accounting, Law, Music, and others. Library membership is open to students and INTEC’s academic and non-academic staff.
