Programme Background

The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) (UK) is the global body for professional accountants offered to those who have the ambition to seek a rewarding career in accountancy, finance, and management. This is a professional qualification and graduates are qualified to apply for a membership of the Malaysian Institutes of Accountants (MIA) after 3 years of approved working experience and of ACCA (UK).


From Pre-University
January / March / July

From Diploma in Accountancy / CAT / Bachelor of Accountancy or other related Degree
March / September


2-4 years (Depending on entry route)


Entry Requirement

Band 2 in Malaysian University English Test (MUET) and

From Pre-University - Full Time

  • Pass Matriculation / Foundation / Asasi with minimum CGPA of 2.50 & credit in Mathematics & English at SPM level or

From Diploma in Accountancy & CAT - Full Time

  • Pass Certified Accounting Technician (CAT) or
  • Diploma in Accountancy (Level 4, KKM) with minimum CGPA of 3.00 or

From Bachelor in Accountancy - Full Time & Part Time

  • Bachelor of Accountancy or with related fields with CGPA of at least 2.50 or
  • Other equivalent qualifications recognised by the Malaysian Government

F1      - Accountant in Business (AB)
F2      - Management Accounting (MA)
F3      - Financial Accounting (FA)

F4      - Corporate and Business Law (CL)
F5      - Performance Management (PM)
F6      - Taxation (TX)
F7      - Financial Reporting (FR)
F8      - Audit and Assurance (AA)
F9      - Financial Management (FM)

P1      - Professional Accountant (PA)
P2      - Corporate Reporting (CR)
P3      - Business Analysis (BA)


Any two of the following:
P4      - Advanced Financial Management (AFM)
P5      - Advanced Performance Management (APM)
P6      - Advanced Taxation (ATX)
P7      - Advanced Audit and Assurance (AAA)
